The Be In Touch! concept provides you, our client, with unique, personalized mailings to your employees or clients through a wide choice of business greeting cards.  Be In Touch! manages and mails these cards to your clients, potential clients, event follow-up contacts, and your employees on your behalf leaving your time or that of your administrative assistant  free for other important duties.  When mailed to your exclusive client base, prospects, or employee roster, each card will carry your personalized handwritten message and let them know you are thinking of them.

 

By way of example, the program you select could be holidays, birthdays, thanks for your business, employment or “doing business” anniversaries, quarterly “let’s stay in touch” reminders, event follow-up, etc.  These mailings let your clients or employees know how much you appreciate them by recognizing their important occasions.  Can you honestly think of a better way to build and retain business loyalty, ensure repeat business, create referrals or lessen employee turnover?

 

Be In Touch! mailing programs are very simple to set up and extremely cost effective to maintain.  The format of a card mailing is as follows:

. You make a card selection(s) from a wide variety of greeting cards.

. You prepare a handwritten message (if desired) and provide your signature (as well as those of fellow team members if you choose) and you do so just once!     Be In Touch! imprints your cards.  That’s it!    Then….

. Be In Touch!  Manages your database; provides the data entry if necessary; prints your client’s or employee’s address on the envelope - no labels - with your return address.  A first-class postage stamp is affixed.  We’ll also enclose your business card if you desire, as well as any giveaways (e.g. any flat item - coupons, movie tickets, lottery tickets, seed packets, etc.)

. Prior or subsequent to each mailing as is appropriate, you’ll receive a list of your clients or employees based on the data you have given Be In Touch! providing you with an opportunity for changes, insertions or deletions.  This list will show how the address will appear or how they appeared on the envelope when extracted from your database and your date(s) of mailing.

. Our programs vary in pricing structure, depending on the volume of cards mailed and frequency of your selected mailings.
